How to Clean and Sterilise The Boly Bottle
Follow these 3 simple steps to clean and sterilise The Boly Bottle
Wash
Wash The Boly Bottle with warm, soapy water. The lid is safe to be fully submerged in water.
Sterilise
Fill The Boly Bottle with boiling water and allow it to sit for a few minutes, then discard the water. Pour the discarded water over the inside of the lid to sterilse it.
This step also helps warm the stainless steel inside for better heat retention.
Frequency
We recommend you clean and sterilise your bottle at least once a day.

Fill
To fill your Boly Bottle, we recommend to fill it with 350ml of cool pre-sterilised water and 150ml of boiling sterilised water. Adjust these amounts to suit your baby and when your expected feeds will be.
Upon filling the bottle, we recommend you attach the lid and swirl the water for 30 seconds before checking the temperature to allow the cool and hot water to combine.
Check
Check the temperature of the water by inverting the bottle for 20 seconds and tap the top of the lid to display the temperature.
Below is our Temperature Guide:
🔵 Cool (0–29°C)
🟢 Suitable (30–45°C)
🔴 Too Hot (46°C+)
** In Australia, Raising Children Network recommend that formula is best served lukewarm at body temperature (~37°C). It is always best to test the temperature on your wrist before serving to your baby. See more: Here
Prepare Formula
Using your warm water from The Boly Bottle, prepare your baby's formula in their baby feeding bottle following the instructions on the formula packaging.
It is always best practice to check the warmth of the baby formula on your forearm before feeding to your baby. It should feel lukewarm and not hot.
