This product contains a sealed button battery within the temperature display lid.

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

The button battery is permanently enclosed and is not user-replaceable. Do not open, disassemble, modify, or tamper with the lid.

Button batteries are dangerous if swallowed or inserted into the nose or ears and can cause severe or fatal injuries.

If you suspect a button battery has been swallowed or inserted into any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention.

⚠️ WATER TEMPERATURE

The temperature display is designed to provide an accurate indication of the liquid temperature; however, electronic devices may occasionally be subject to variation. The displayed temperature should be used as a reference only and should not be relied upon as the sole method of determining whether a liquid is safe for consumption.

Always test the temperature of the liquid on the inside of your wrist or forearm before feeding a child or infant.

Will The Boly Bottle keep a consistent temperature?

While it’s not designed to keep water hot forever, it does an incredible job of maintaining the temperature for hours — helping make feeds easier and more convenient when you’re out and about.

The Boly Bottle will loose on average 1/2 - 1 degree per hour.

Note: factors such as extreme weather may alter the performance.

We conducted some sample testing and below are the results for confirmation.

Day 1 (500ml):

  • 5.40pm - 40°
  • 7.00pm - 39°
  • 9.30pm - 37°
  • 7.30am (next day) - 31°

Day 2 (500ml):

  • 7.45am - 42°
  • 9.30am - 39°
  • 3.30pm - 38°
  • 5.30pm - 37°
  • 8.00pm - 36°

Day 3 (300ml):

  • 8.00pm - 43°
  • 6.30am - 33°
Does The Boly Bottle heat up the water?

The Boly Bottle does not heat up the water.

The Boly Bottle is intended to keep warm sterilised water warm so you are ready for a formula feed at any given time.

The temperature will drop about 1/2 to 1 degree per hour.

Does the lid of The Boly Bottle need charging?

The lid has been tested to last over 20,000 pushes. This means that it should last you a very long time.

The battery should not be recharged or changed.

Is The Boly Bottle dishwasher safe?

For the safety of your baby and for the longevity of the product we recommend hand washing.

Safety of your baby is our top priority and we have concerns about what food residue your bottle may come into contact with and what that could mean when using it for your baby.

Can I put The Boly Bottle in the microwave?

The Boly Bottle is NOT microwave safe as it is made from staineless steel.

Can I wash the smart lid?

Yes, the smart lid can be fully submerged in water. We recommend washing it with warm soapy water as you would your bottle. To sterilise the lid, pour boiling water over the lid while it is upside down. Be sure not to hold the lid while doing this, but rather place it in a sink.

Can I use The Boly Bottle for breast milk?

The Boly Bottle has been purposely built for water only.

This also means, you should not pour baby formula into The Boly Bottle.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business day of the product being purchased (often much sooner) unless otherwise specified. (This does not include the postage time).

Shipping is available Australia wide.

Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects. Manufacturing defects do not include accidental damage, normal wear and tear, scratches or chips to paint work or insulation issues resulting from physical damage.

With that said, our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Do you do refunds for change of mind?

Due to the type of product we sell, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
